About Our Business

Strategic Management of Hanley Group Ltd

 

Our strategic management has three management level including corporate management level, business management level and functional management level.

Corporate management level includes C.E.O and Executive Officers and they are characterized as the following:

  • defining missions and goals
  • determining the type of business
  • allocating resources among different business, 
  • formulating and implementing strategies,
  • providing leadership for the organization

Business management level contains divisional managers, divisional heads and departmental managers.

Functional management level has functional managers, functional supervisors and functional incharge. They bear responsibility for specific department such as human resources, finance, sales, marketing, research, manufacturing, security and material management.

Hanley Group of Companies is divided into two core strategic business unit in Shan State and Yangon Region with four locations such as Lashio, Lauk-kai, Hlaing Thar Yer and Htan Ta Pin.

The CEO of Hanley Group of Companies often describes their organisation by drawing an organisation chart, mapping out its formal structure. This structure defines the levels and roles in an organisation. They are very important to management since it represents everyone’s region of responsibility

The management team of Hanley provided minimum handed standard operating procedures for hundred work function of each organisation unit.

A divisional structure of Hanley Group of Companies is built up of separate regions and states on the basis of geographical areas.

The divisional structure in Shan State, Lauk-kai is made up of five main business sectors to complete our goals and they are:

  1.  Hotel Sector
  2. Construction Sector,
  3. Agriculture Sector,
  4. Health Sector and
  5. Manufacturing Sector.

Divisional Structure In Yangon Region

The divisional structure in Yangon has two regions, Hlaing Thar Yar and Htan Ta Pin. Hlaing Thar Yar contains four business sectors to develop Hanley Company’s plan and to achieve objectives. The four business sectors are:

  1. Hotel Sector
  2. Tourism Sector
  3. Education Sector
  4. Trading Sector

Htan Ta Pin project is formed by four business sectors to implement Hanley Company’s plan and to attain our goals. The four main sectors are:

  1. Hotel & Bungalow Sector
  2. Amusement Park & Water Park Sector
  3. Food Court & Restaurant Sector
  4. Organic Farm & Lake Sector
